Ogliastro Marina

This is a hamlet of Castellabate. It is situated between Punta Licosa and Montecorice. It shares with Montecorice a long and wide beach that is divided into two parts by a river, Rio dell'Arena. Ogliastro Marina is an important tourist town in the National Park of Cilento and Vallo di Diano. Beaches are beautiful and have received the blue flag. In 2006 a Loggerhead Sea Turtle (Caretta caretta) arrived there and laid eggs there.
